PBG Copilot

Delete your data

Version 1.0. Effective August 23, 2026.

This page tells you exactly how to have PBG Copilot delete what it holds about you, and what happens when you do. It covers the two paths people ask about most: the Facebook connection an agent gives us when they connect their own advertising account, and the account data an agent or a client wants removed. If you only want the short answer for a connected Facebook account, it is the first section, and it takes one press.

1. If you connected a Facebook account to PBG Copilot

An agent connects their own Facebook account so PBG Copilot can list their Pages and business portfolios, read how their ads are doing, and create campaigns on their own ad account at their own direction. When that connection is made, we store one thing: the access token Facebook issued, encrypted, on our own server, along with the ad account and Page the agent chose. We never see or store a Facebook password.

There are two ways to delete that connection, and either one is enough.

  • From inside PBG Copilot. Open the Ads area, go to the Connect step, and press Disconnect. The stored connection is deleted immediately. The very next thing the platform tries to read from Facebook fails, because there is nothing left to read it with.
  • From your own Facebook settings. Open Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, find PBG Copilot, and remove it. Facebook tells us the moment you do, and we delete the stored connection for that Facebook account without you having to ask us for anything. Facebook then shows you a confirmation code and a link to a page where you can read what was deleted.

Either way, what goes is the encrypted access token and the ad account and Page selection saved with it. PBG Copilot reads nothing from your Facebook account after that. Nothing on Facebook itself is changed or deleted by us: your Pages, your ad account, your campaigns and your posts stay exactly as they are, because they are yours and they live on Facebook, not here.

2. If you are an agent and you want your account data deleted

Write to us at [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We act on verified requests and we reply to the address you write from. Deleting an account ends the subscription and removes the account data described in our Privacy Policy. Some records are kept where the law or a legitimate business obligation requires it, and the Privacy Policy says which and for how long.

3. If you are a client an agent spoke with

The fastest path is to contact the agent you spoke with, because it is the agent who holds the relationship and who decides what to collect and how to advise you. You can also write to us at [email protected] and we will act on verified requests and reply to the email you provide.

4. What we will need from you

So we delete the right person's information and nobody else's, a request by email needs enough for us to verify who is asking. For an agent, that is the email address on the account. For a client, that is your name and the phone number the agent reached you on. We will ask if we need more, and we will not act on a request we cannot verify.

5. How long it takes

A Disconnect press inside PBG Copilot is immediate. A removal from your Facebook settings is handled the moment Facebook tells us, which is normally within seconds. An emailed request is handled within thirty days, and usually much sooner.
